Res. Montilla IV, is a secure urbanisation with 2 community swimming pools for Owners and their Visitors to enjoy. 10 minutes walking distance to ten unspoilt coves with white sandy beaches of the Mediterranean sea. Close to the busy Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre Playa Flamenca where you can enjoy a great night out with live entertainment in one of the various nightclubs, have a good meal from any one of the multi-cultural Restaurants, meet your friends at one of the Bars or have a night in with a Takeaway. A favourite venue to dance is the Temple Bar where you are entertained by The Blues Brothers Act, fantastic fun.
Important Information to all Owners
Six side access gate locks have been changed, due to some owners, tenants and visitors leaving the gates open, sometimes on purpose, making the urbanisation NOT secure. Residents who live in Montilla IV and the Owners who ‘care’ agreed to the decision to ensure we all have a ‘secure’ urbanisation. To collect keys, all Owners need to go to the Administrator’s office, show ID and sign for their key - address below. The rear vehicle access gate has been repaired. Owners may need to purchase a new remote control if their existing one does not work, from the Administrator’s office where you will be asked for ID and hand in existing remote controls. Cost: €30 each.

Most of the beaches have been awarded a Blue Flag status and all beaches have Lifeguards in attendance and Red Cross facilities and soon will include disability access. The coastal paths are being landscaped with plants and palm trees and a promenade for everyone of all ages to enjoy all year. Local Fiestas and events will be held at the open air theatre by Playa Flamenca Beach.
The thriving city of Torrevieja is approx. 4 km distant, 10 minutes by bus or car. Click on www.torrevieja.co.uk for information on what’s going on in Torrevieja. Fiestas, Art Galleries and Theatres. Historic cities such as Alicante, Murcia and Cartegena are approx an hours drive or by bus, all nearby for you to explore and enjoy. The bustling town of Benidorm with Terra Mitica Fun Park and the famous Benidorm Palace, is only 1 hour 30 minutes distant. To enjoy the most relaxing way to pamper yourself is to take a trip to Fortuna north east of Murcia, a natural health spa - the therapeutic waters are 36c all year round - or just laze by a beach bar on the shores of the Mediterranean - wonderful !!

Security : Rising unemployment results in organised and opportunist crime, which has increased, so be vigilant and aware, especially when shopping at the market and returning to your car in car parks. Thieves are about everywhere. Take Care !!
Please ensure you lock your grill doors, pull down your shutters and leave a light on your terrace at all times when you go out.
Yellow lines have been painted to show where parking is not allowed. Please respect the yellow lines - Emergency parking only for Ambulance and Fire Engines.
Please do not park across the dropped curb, these are access for wheelchairs & pushchairs only.
A Reminder : Close and lock all access gates when using them, security is a priority for all Owners and their guests. Some people are leaving gates open, trespassers still gain access to our urbanisation.
Long Term Parking. All Owners who wish to park their vehicles for more than 1 week to park their vehicles to the rear of the urbanisation, not within the urbanisation. The road to the rear is a secure parking area with locked gates each end. The gate to Calle Niagara is now working, an electric gate and requires a remote control which will operate both electic gates.
