Security : The burglars / bandits are back! Organised and opportunist crime has increased this past few months and with the tourist season almost upon us, please be more vigilant and aware. We recently had a robbery and an attempted burglary on our urbanisation. Please ensure you lock your grill doors, pull down your shutters and leave a light on your terrace at all times when you go out. Yellow lines have been painted to show where parking is not allowed and the communal walls have also been painted. Please do not park on the yellow lines or across the dropped curb - wheelchairs & pushchairs access. A Reminder : Please close and lock all access gates when using them, security is a priority for all Owners and their guests. Some people are leaving gates open, trespassers still climb over the balustrades to gain access to our urbanisation.
